Projects

• Salesforce CRM System – Researched, procured, and managed conversion of Quantum’s Legacy CRM system from Microsoft Access to SalesForce.com. This system transformed business processes, eliminated dozens of hours of manual processes, and enabled Quantum to achieve more than 20% YoY annual growth since 2011.

• Sage Timeslips Billing System – spearheaded the development of a streamlined client invoicing process which included implementing paperless invoicing and expense reporting through integration of Sage Time and Billing System with Exchange and Office 365, reducing client invoice processing time from 8-10 business days to 3 business days. Implemented Sage Time and Billing Application Web Portal time entry access resulting in more billable hours servicing clients as well as electronic expense reporting system.

• Microsoft Office 365 – Managed conversion of on-premises Microsoft Exchange server to cloud- hosted Office 365.  This move reduced outages of email service, reduced maintenance time, increased reliability, and users gained more mobility and productivity, allowing them to work remotely when necessary.

• VMware Virtual Environment – Managed migration of physical server to virtual VMware environment. This cut maintenance time by 12 to 15 hours a month and allowed Quantum to have 99.999 uptime for all systems.

• Citrix Share File System – Implemented Client-facing, cloud-based file sharing service for documents. This resulted in a new revenue stream of approximately $4,500 per month.

• Equitrac Print Management System – Implemented print management solution for print, scan and photocopy tracking and chargeback, turning a cost center into a new revenue stream for QGA, on average billing clients $5,000 a month.

• Managed various indoor and outdoor construction and renovation projects of the office facilities and building over 15 years to upgrade and update facilities and operations while maintaining operating office environment.
